            It involves  continuously improving and detailing a plan as more detailed and accurate estimates become available.             Operations are ongoing execution of activities that produces the result or same activities
            Eg for Operations
            manufacturing , pruduction operation, accounting operations
            Project requires Project Mgmt and Operation requires Business process mgmt or operation mgmt
            Project Mgmt can intersect with operation
